I'm guessing not and probably better if not, but is it necessary to regulate the water pressure when flushing the black tank via the flush tank connection?

^^^ I agree with Kirk.
Extremely high pressure could blow the feed hose loose from the connection.

I once stayed in a park that had 160psi water pressure. They required regulators and had loaners if you didn't have your own.

Wow 160psi might blow up a flush system and can cause a lot of problems with just about any R-V.
I've been in the habit of filling my fresh tank and running my pump.
I had 160psi in a rental house and was setting off the water heater high temp-high pressure valve. Found out when I bought a gauge to put on the outside faucet. The gauge is in the R-V now if I decide to use their water hookup, with my regulator of course.
Glad it didn't blow out the house pipes.

I have used a pressure gage on the inlet side such as this one from Camco, which I got years ago and still use. They used to be quite common but are difficult to find now. There are hose end type gages readily available.
