Also popular in the olde country and a favorite of mine. Occasionally served to guests by my better half.

I seem to recall that we've had them here, but don't know where Chris found them. It's been a while though.

Chris confirmed that she found poor imitations some years ago. We don't recall where, but the custard wasn't what we were used to (Chris called it "fake").
