1250 a month? Your in the wrong area 500-600 plus power. If it says resort in the name I avoid it, I do not need all the nicities I'm not going to be there much, I'm in the area to seethe area, then move on. Nice place right down the road $350 a month + electric but my sticks and bricks is here so I don't need an RV park.

There are areas where any space at all is high $$ and choices for RV sites very limited. $1000/month and more are the norm there. If a FHU site can command $50/night or more and be filled almost every night, there will be no monthly discount and the rate can exceed $1500/month.

Exactley why I live in south central NM. Good weather 300+ days and my dollar goes a lot further than the sate I retired from, about 1/2 the cost.
