Inspect, inspect, inspect, at that age there are a whole lot of rubber items that have likely aged / dry rotted out including belts, hoses, and lots of bushings. There are not just the obvious radiator hose, and fan belt, but also rubber brake lines, rubber fuel lines, hydraulic jack lines, sway bar bushings, steering bushings, propane regulator diaphragm, don't forget to check the dates on the Propane and LPG detectors as they should be replaced every 5 to 7 years (manufacture dates are printed on the backs), and at $70 or so each they add up. Same goes for tires, check those DOT date codes, not just the tread, if over about 7 years old replace, you don't want a blowout which can do many thousands of dollars worth of damage to an RV, or worse yet cause an accident.
