Stumbled across these pics in my fishing archives:
- Me fishing the River Afan (pronounced avan) near actor Richard Burton's birth home in the village of Pontrhydyfen, Wales during one of our visits to the olde country (mid-late 80's).
- Camped alongside the Upper Owens River on a 2008 fishing trip along the Eastern Sierras. Early in the season, and had our choice of camp site. Couldn't camp much closer to the river; Fall out of bed with fly rod in hand. Mammoth mountain in the background.
