Fulltiming Legal Address??

Got a question for you seasoned Rver's.  We plan on traveling around but not having a permanent residence as far as to live in...here in Washington state its the LAW you have a residence otherwise you cannot renew the tabs. So how does one get around the red tape? Buy a piece of land, or will a relatives address locally work?  thanks )

Are you looking for a way to register in Washington or just any old place?  Your legal address is whatever you say it is - it just has to be the place you can be RELIABLY contacted and without any fruadulent intent.  Texas, Florida and South Dakota are popular with fulltime RVers and they understand that you may not have a site-built home to call your legal residence.
