2023 F250. Had issues with my trailer brakes. Two service trips, 2nd free after tech discovered poor adjustment from the 1st effort but they still did not feel as strong as I expect and I had to set the braking level higher.
Got a Ford recall notice, tech came out and loaded new software. I commented to tech that I had the brakes serviced and he commented he hears that all the time. Problem could show as poor braking and/or loss of trailer lighting. brakes were definitely better after the software upgrade.
