Geocode your address book

This web site will take your addresses and geocode them to latitude/longitude for use in most mapping programs.  It even has an option to produce a KML file for Google Earth.  It also has other capabilities, like distances to multiple addresses from a single point, or get quick driving directions to multiple destinations.

Looks goood, but I wonder......... Since you have to send them the data in you address book, what's to prevent them from keeping it  and then using it for some other purpose, like spam or bulk mailing.

They can't use it for spam as it's only addresses.  They have no idea what the addresses represent.  They could be FBI offices for all they know
