Happened twice the day after a severe thunder storm.  That was two days ago.  It's been fine since.

The owner of our current park, also an electrician, claims that all it takes is a drop of water between the wires to trip the receptacle.  It's been fine for the last two days.  Any of you electricians able to confirm this or do I need to check a bit further?
It's probably caused by your outside receptacle. It may have gotten a little moisture in there during those storms.  Very common.
The park manager is correct. all it dakes is a little bit of water. Usually in the outside recptical box

I'd pull the patio receptical. inspect for water intrusion dry and if needed replace. then RESEAL it keep closed during storms.
