Happy 4th and Hello

Quick note to say Hi and introduce myself and my new camper. Have been "sharing" an RV with some good friends for a year.Camping was great but bunk beds were less than comfortable. Finally decided it was time to get our own. Bought a new 25 foot 2018 Venture Sporttrek a few weeks ago. Plan on having a camper party in the driveway soon and have 5 or so weekend getaways scheduled in the next few months. I am sure to have plenty of questions in the future but will start with this- Anyone out there with a Sporttrek? Likes/Dislikes. What to watch for etc. Thanks and you have a great site.

Welcome and congratulations.  My neighbor has a 25' Sporttrek, and likes it.  It is a 2015 model I think.  He did have a issue with a weld breaking, but I'd guess it was a fluke.  He's been all over the country, it was a bit more than his Suburban liked, so he bought a 2500 truck.  Like all the new RVs, be prepared to have little things arise, and hopefully just fix the easier stuff.  Dealers tend to be rather slow with warranty work.  Enjoy !
