Ok quick edit to avoid the redundant ? the dolly is a hybrid the box is built into the dolly We are not towing a trailer and a dolly
🙂
. This is our second winter in Texas , we do a lot of free or cheap camping on our way here and then in the summer in Upper Mi. Plenty of small towns in Tx and OK have free camping many with electric for 2 to 5 days , they want your business in town ,many of them are only $10, if you want to stay extra per night . We had planned on doing this for years but had a kick in the butt to get started a week before my wife retired we had a small fire in the basement smoke damaged most everything in the house. After near 6 months of fighting with the insurance, folks please make sure you have replacement cost and have decent coverage. We settled up finally , pretty proud of myself I was ruthless with them. Sold the house as is , and went rv shopping . My set rules were less than 65k miles , aluminum wall framing and roof, fiberglass outer shell , including roof, 460 or 454 v8, no v10 where the spark plugs blow out of them. So here it is well taken care of , gent had near 25 grand in receipts , one yr old brand new transmission from ford 62k miles paid 11,500. We then found the hybrid dolly for another 3 grand. We have a small inverter generator that will run for 10 hours on a gallon of gas if not using the air. I also put in the $100 fuel oil heater once we figured out how much propane the furnace gobbled up.If stingy we can get 2 days heat on a gall on a diesel. Tough to find but look for the places that sell off road or heating diesel to not pay the road tax. We each have a unlimited visible phones that we hot spot for internet and tv.Never miss a game or show we want using kodi.tv with the right addons and all free. Usually burn up 250 plus gig a month for $35 .. We shop at Utire and a couple other ebay stores that sell like new or very slightly used tires. usually around $85 each compared to $280 , i did put two g rated new tires on the dolly $130 each after putting a set of garbage e rated and having it spongy and swaying ok rant over nice to be here , and on a small budget, like many out here If you have questions feel free in the comments

Just curious, what your fully loaded gross combined weight might be?

I know I should but haven't scaled it wife takes way to much craft supplies with us but most of it is light stuff in the box part of the dolley and our two scooters.

You can post any way you'd like. It's not and english lit class on here. I understood you just fine. Otherwise, next time you see a truckstop with a Cat Scale pull in there and roll up on the scale. They'll ask you for a number so just say it's a one time private weigh or just say 001 or something, it doesn't matter. For just a total weight, one time across is fine. I think it's $12.00 or so. Go to the store and the desk will have your scale ticket. I suspect the tow capacity for your rig is 5k and that minivan up on that dolly with the box loaded is likely over that. If it's ~1k or so it's not a huge deal but that and the weight on your MH may have you quite a bit over your gcvwr.

i have severe arthritis it is very hard for me to type, please do not ever read another post of mine
