That's actually a Sero Scotty Hilander. I sold one just like it about 11 years ago when we got our first motor home. I darn sure didn't get $10k for it, though, closer to $1500.
LOL! I guess the seller thinks it has reached "collectible" status. And he may be right - there is a cult of those who spend huge sums to buy & restore vintage trailers.
