Hello, all!

Brand new to RVforum.  My wife and I just bought our first camper, 1991 Terry Resort 5th Wheel.  Just got back from our first weekend camp in Delaware, Ohio and loved it!  Being a camping newbie, I would welcome any suggestions offered.  I think my next adventure will be to find a way to put a motor on the landing gear!  Wow, that's a lot of cranking!

Our sheltie, Bob, loved camping, too!  I think he saw more of the camper than I did!

Looking forward to a lot of years in this new world!

Welcome aboard, Jon and congrats on your new RV.

I wonder if you could pck up a motorized landing gear from a newer  trailer from an RV salvage yard. Chances are that later Terrys had motorized gears and the mechanism might fit. There 's a good chance that any Fleetwood trailer will have the same mechanism.
