Hello Everyone,
My husband and I are about to embark on a new journey traveling across America in a couple of years. We had a Class C and decided we would prefer a Class A for long-distance travel. We never heard of Rexhall before but we knew we wanted an older luxury brand and found our 39.5 diesel Rexhall Roseair by accident and fell in love. Since Rexhall's are more popular out west the dealer nor the tech could tell us much about it. So here we are learning all we can about this fabulous home we named Se7en.

Rexhall RV began in 1986 in California. They had a good reputation over the years but struggled financially. Rexhall filled for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy in 2009. The company downsized and again focused solely on RVs. The company eventually ceased operations by the end of 2016.

Thank you. I saw a video of the owner on YouTube giving a tour of the warehouse and how they built them. He mentioned that he uses solid wood and Corian throughout the entire RV. He spoke about the chassis and so forth. He mentioned that he built them to last so that you wouldn't have to buy another RV unless you were downsizing or upsizing. From what we are experiencing with our 22-year-old RV we believe him. I wasn't concerned about the business no longer being around since the components can be replaced if necessary.

Rexhall had a reputation for innovation too. You didn't mention the model year but the Roseair was quite a nice coach in its day. I think the diesel models are on a Spartan motorhome chassis so hopefully most chassis parts will still be available, but since we are probably talking a 20 year old coach, one can not be sure. Appliances will be RV-industry standard, so it's most only body and interior parts that will unobtainable.
