Thanks    And its a 93 P-30 Chevy      And def try your google search thanks.

There is a good chance that it will match the same or similar year Chevy pickup truck, or other vehicle.

Just so you know, the stalk is not the wiper switch.  It's just the stalk.  The wiper switch is inside the shroud of the column.  The tiny wires coming out of the stalk are the cruise control switch wires.
Several different choices for the stalk are readily available at RockAuto.com

I did not know that.  Ill tear the column this weekend and do more trouble shooting.  Just seemed werid the cruise doesn't work and the wipers wont cut off.  Thanks

The cruise problem might not be related to the lever.  On my '89 Sportscoach P30 coach I found a broken wire in the harness going to the cruise actuator.  Besides, those tiny wires coming from the lever get flexed every time you use the turn signals, and over the years I've changed a few levers because those wires broke internally.

If you mean that the turn signals won't automatically shut off after you've completed the turn, it could be either the switch inside the column, or the cancel cam, which is also inside the column.  Once you get the steering wheel off and the column lock plate removed, you ought to be able to see what's broken.  The whole project isn't that hard, but it does require several special tools.  I'm not sure Auto Zone or O'Reilly's has those tools in their loaner inventory.

Here's a link to the switch:

Here's one to the lever:

Thanks Old_Crow

Turn signals work fine. Its the wipers and the cruise control. That stalk doesnt have cruise on it.

I noticed that the picture they show on the site is a generic one.  Same pic if you select w/cruise or w/o/cruise.
The link I posted was the w/cruise part number.

Here's the wiper switch(with tilt column)
