Help with 2016 Thor chateau

I am having trouble with electrical/battery.  Have lights etc. when hooked to land current but generator panel is blank so can?t start generator.  Have tried quick start of generator from cab and have plenty of gas. House batteries are full charge but nothing works in rv.  No readout or converter, generator panel blank so I can?t start generator.  All circuit breakers seem to be good. I?m old...I want someone to tell me which button to push and make it all better!!

Have you checked the house battery cut off switch, it maybe in the off position.
