Currently in B.C. highway 1 north of Yale, highway 3 between Hope and Princeton, and highway 5 (Coquihalla) are closed because of severe weather conditions. The only remaining route between Vancouver and the interior is 99 and I would not even consider it in this weather. 
UPDATE: The roads are still closed including 99, the only way to travel between the coast and interior is by air. What a mess, grocery store shelves could start getting bare.
