So we are brand brand new to RVing. We are joing the sell your house and go camping full time crowd and are picking up our 5th wheel toy hauler within the next week or two. Question... on a 50amp service, do they make such a splitter where I can keep the camper connected, yet still brew out of my 10 gallon 30a 220v kettle? Alternative to switch to solar or generator power while I brew? Just anticipating what I'll need to do and what to expect trying to brew 10 gallons of beer on the patio or under the awnings.

I think you will need something special.
What I would do (being electric skilled), is build it myself. What you should do is get an electrician to build a small electric panel with a 50a cable (or male connector), a 50 female to go to the trailer, and an appropriate connector (protected by the right circuit breaker) for the brew kettle.

The above suggestion will starve your rv for power and offers the potential to damage much of its electronics. I suggest you get a new kettle that operates on 120 Vac.
