I have a 2012 Forest River Georgetown 280 A-class motor home. The water heater is a quick recovery lp gas only 6 gallon. I can only get warm water. It lights fine and seems to run the complete cycle but I still just get warm water. I had it winterized and now since I have it ready to go for the season it will not put out hot water. Any ideas? There is no air in the tank. I made sure I got all the air out before lighting the first time. :'(

Be sure the bypass valve is closed.  That's the usual cause of cold or lukewarm water at the beginning of the season.

Sounds like the outside shower handles are open and the shower head shut. This will shunt cold water across the valve to the not water side causing only warm water. Check you outside shower.

I have 1 valve by the the pump. Turn one way and it pumps from water tank the other way pumps from hose to pull in antifreeze. The only other 2 I am aware of are the 2 on the hot water tank. One is a cold water valve and the other the hot water valve. I have both of them turned on. Is this correct or do I have another valve that I have not found yet?

If you have 2 valves at the WH chances are you have a 3rd valve (the actual by-pass valve) that interconnects the hot and cold lines.  When winterizing, the two valves you have noted are closed to block water from flowing into the WH.  The by-pass valve (3rd valve) allows pumping of anti-freeze through the hot water lines as well as the cold water lines.  Go back and look again very near the 2 valves you found at the WH.  If you find another valve, it s/b closed for normal operation (handle cross-wise to line).
