Hot water on both kitchen faucets

Are there any difference in these valves that look the same? Will I need a part number off old one?

I would get the part number if you can, and if not take the model number and make information with you when you go to get the new one. There is a good possibility that another valve would work but it might be a problem mounting it.

I guess what my question was is if the valves look exactly the same, they all have the same flow?

Since the volume of propane through the valve would be determined mostly by the pressure it is supplied by and the size of the water heater propane orifice, that shouldn't be a critical issue.
