In this class A, the only way I could get hot water in the bathroom sink was to run the shower to get a good enough flow so the sink water would get hot. And that was the way it was since new (doesn't stuff in RVs get tested anywhere before delivery?).
I tried removing the faucet aerator (yes, it was clean), and then it did give hot water, but it flowed out in a very messy way, which made that idea unusable.
To get it to work perfectly, I first removed the green thingy shown below from the bathroom faucet aerator:
Then I drilled a 3/16" hole into the rest of it, all the way through. I did NOT replace the green thingy shown.
I tried it out, and it works perfectly. I will no longer need to run the shower to get hot water at the sink. The flow is perfect. I was lucky, as I didn't expect it to work so perfectly on the very first try. It was beginner's luck, I guess, because I had no clue what would work.
Removing the green thingy without the 3/16" hole was no help. The 3/16" bit is what perfected it.
