We are going to pick up a couple of flat screen tv's for the trailer. Maybe 15ish inches or a bit bigger. How do you keep them from sliding off when you are moving?

The TV's, DVD/VCR's in my coach all have wide velcro strips glued to the shelf and to the appliance to keep them from moving around. For good stability make the velcro as wide as possible, this will give more "tack".

They make rubber tie downs for tvs as well and they can be bought in most rv accessories stores like Camping World.

The tie downs are the ones that Gary posted.  Thanks Gary, guess I should have looked them up.  I guess I was a lil lazy.  lol

I like those stickies that have angles so you hook to the tv and to the shelf. These are good ideas, now I know what I'm after. Thanks guys!

I made some 'Z' shaped metal brackets out of angle iron 3/4" wide and padded with RV foam tape that fit over the TV base and screw them into the platform.  Only way to move the TV is to unscrew them or destroy the base.
