Our 2003 Dutchstar 3803 with a CAT 3126e is leaking exhaust from at least one end of the flexible pipe that connects the left and right sides. I have ordered new "step down" clamps. Anything special about removing and replacing it? Not too difficult? Thanks

The worst part will be getting the old section off,, they get almost welded on over time so soaking the overlap area with a penetrant will help.>>>Dan

use neversieze on the bolts and where it slides, may stink an smoke for a little while but you can get it much tighter. retighten after it gets hots ans seats, sometimes i tighten a couple of time.
