I though this was caulk that had cracked, its not, its some type of plastic bead https://postimg.cc/5Xt5q19k thats in the corners of my shower.

I tried digging it out a little but it appears to have a tail that tucks in behind the paneling.

I could just put something on top/over it I guess bu Im not sure that it would stick to the smooth, shiny plastic.

What can you guys suggest?

Also I have never taken a shower in a RV that I can remember, the walls https://postimg.cc/75ZgVSGP appear to be wallpaper and under it the same cheap wallboard thats everywhere else?

Is that typical and whats the proper way to maintain it, I wouldnt think getting the walls wet wouldnt be a good thing, maybe dry it after the shower?

There is a seat in there, is this shower made to be used sitting down?

Anything else you can tell me would be useful.

I would rip out  the walls in the shower and replace with FRP available at Lowes and home depot

and do the corner with

I think your link is for a outside corner.  This is the inside corner:

Thanks but Im on the downward slope to ending this project and ripping out the walls isnt gonna be an option for me at this point.

No biggie, Ill get it though

That FRP is so thin, personally I'd glue it right over the existing walls.  Make sure you get glue specifically for FRP, regular ole Liquid Nails eats through the stuff I believe  (just ask).
