HWH jack repair

I am looking for information on disassembly and rebuilding an HWH AP7001 jack cylinder. They can't be that complicated but how to get them apart is not quite obvious. Any info would be appreciated.

I see that nobody ever answered your question. I, too, would like to rebuild my HWH hydraulic cylinders. Did you ever figure them out? Was there a snap ring around the inside of the top of the cylinder? If there is, it sure ain't obvious!

It might be worth taking the cylinder to a commercial hydraulic shop and asking to see how they do it.

Here's a video on the rebuild of one type of double acting fully welded RV leveling cylinder. I don't know what brand it is other than it's not a Quadra/Bigfoot cylinder.
