Once levelers are put down they come up after a few hours, sometimes a few days. The last time was only the rear passenger side, this time both front levelers rose about 3?. I?ve had it back to camping world who installed after market but they were unable to duplicate problem

Somewhere in the manual, I remember seeing something about a jack may partially retract if it is not under load for some period of time.

I have had that happen, but never when I've confirmed that they had actually were loaded down, carrying weight after leveling.

example.
We are parked in a driveway that is very uneven with a forward slope. in one spot, the auto-level would engage the front levelers, and lift the front. Once we were level it would stop. I found that the right rear had never touched the ground.
After  couple of hours, the thing would partially retract.
If I made sure that all four were down and in contact with the ground, then did the leveling manually, it never disengaged.

We then relocated to a spot where all four will engage the ground before the auto-level would set.
No more retractions since then.

Leaky hydraulic valve will do that.  I don't have a lot of faith in an RV shop duplicating any problem - they spend very little time or smarts on diagnosing problems. Just quick to replace some part that may or may not fix anything. Surprised they didn't try to sell you a whole new leveling system.

Shhh! Don't give them any ideas.

Hah ~ RV shops & levelers.  After 6 months of leveler in leveler out repeatedly the WARRANTEE EXPIRED ~ Ok now they wanted to do a bunch more high $$$ stuff on our 'dime', We had the levelers removed; hyd systems closed off.Brought home +-200# of 'iron.  2Months later the shop had the audacity to call and ask if we would sell them 1 leveler as had a customer with in need and NO levelers avail. Told them NO!!.  Maybe in the future will find a good Hydraulic shop and have the durned thing fixed.

JM2?
