Leveling jacks are lowering while driving.
No apparent leaks.
Jacks remain extended when lowered, but slowly lower when retracted.
Trying to identify components and find a solution.

Thank you,

Can you identify the brand of jack that DRV installs?  Few of us know enough about your RV to be helpful without more details. DRV says they design the jack system themselves, but hopefully they use standard components.
They appear to be double-action jacks (they power both down and up rather than spring-return), so the most common problem would be leaky hydraulic valve. Rare that bad valves would affect all 6 jacks at once, though.

1st, welcome to the forum.
Trent, I would say it looks like a pressure regulating valve knob/handle. Look on the end of the black cap. It may have arrows showing to turn it one direction to increase pressure or turn it the other way to decrease pressure. I could also be out in left field on this one.

Thank you for the replies.

The sticker on the jack says LCI.
Here are some better pics.

Did you get a manual for the Hydraulic jack system?  Could you post a better picture of the tag on the jack please showing the manufacture and model # of the unit.  This may help in identifying the part and possibly in sourcing a service manual for it.  Also side pictures of the item in question.

I wonder if that bkack knob is a manual release or perhaps a manual valve to be used in case the jack won't retract?
