That's a gravity fill you just stick the hose end into it and turn on the water it will over fill when done.

Maybe, Need more info. Where is it down low or up high, realey not enough information to make a good guess. ;D

I can get a better picture tomorrow, if needed but its just in front of the axel next to the propane controls.

The other reply says it's just a gravity fill,. Which may be the case.  But there appears to be some sort of ring structure that can get twisted onto.
