Installing new LED TV

We have a 36' Raptor and we want to put in a LED TV in the same location as the original TV. Just wondering if anyone else has done this and has some pointers on the method of installation?

I just replaced the 25" tube TV in our RV with a 32" LED TV. It fits in the same box, but I had to build a new wood frame around the front edge of the box. I had enough room to add a Phillips sound bar below the TV that includes a small Sub-woofer. It sits behind the TV in the box.  I added a new Sony up-converting DVD player so I can use the HDMI connection. Turned out pretty good. I used a small mount from Camping World that I mounted to a piece of 3/4" plywood.
