I belong to another group and this site was posted.  I checked the home site and found some very interesting information about insurance claims for various RV claims.  check it out.

Came across this article and remembered a discussion some time ago about laminate separation, found this very informative "Laminate Separation - Who Pays?"

There is some interesting info in the newsletter on that site. However, it is worthwhile to remember that the entire purpose of the site and the newsletters is to SELL a service to insurance companies, a service whose price is justified on the basis of reducing the cost of claims.  You have to assume a certain amount of bias on the part of any salesman.

I should have made it clear to check the other news letters also.

I agree with Gary's comments though but my wife indicates that they really were starting to check these items before she left the adjusting although her experience is more to home damage.  An Ex-SIL made a name for himself by catching several people who had faked hail damage to their cars and trailers including a dealer.

I found the most interesting part of their web site to be this thermal imaging service

I don't know cost but having this done before purchase in some cases would seem to be of real value.
