Congrats....... we just paid off our last house mortgage this week and retired (paid cash for the MH). Still have to pay property taxes on 3 houses but the other 2 are rented out..... so YA.... debt free is good!!!!!

We have a few long trips planned but right now I'm working on the "Honey-do list".

Same here.  Paid cash and working on it a little here and a little there as time and finances permit.  It is nice not to have to make that nut each month!
