There is probably a way of getting the radio to display the code.  And/or a website when you can enter the serial number of the radio to get the code.

There is probably a way of getting the radio to display the code.  And/or a website when you can enter the serial number of the radio to get the code.

On GM radios with an unknown code installed, this involves pressing a few buttons to get a number out of the radio and then a call to GM tech assist to convert that number into the master unlock code for the radio.  Then you can set a new unlock code that the new owner knows.
