Of all those items, I have only a bullet blender mixing for blending things, including cake mixes. I do not drink coffee, and I toast bread on my griddle when I cook bacon or scramble eggs. Works fine. And my ice maker consists of two ice cube trays that I fill with water and put in the freezer. I also have a tea kettle that I fill with water and put on top of the stove for making iced tea.
Also, when I want to make bread, which is fairly often, I make it in a bowl and beat it down on my counter the old fashioned way.
If you want coffee when you visit me, you have to drive to a convenience store to get it. That's what my one son does. My other son does not drink coffee, and most of my friends drink tea.
I have a lot of extra kitchen storage space!!
