We have a 2002 Winnebago Minnie 31c, class C motorhome. I am trying to find a single bowl, stainless steel, undermount kitchen sink to replace the double bowl sink that came with the coach.. The current sink dimensions are: 25.2"W x 17.2"front to back x 5.9" deep. The current opening gin the counter measures 15 3/8 inches by 22 3/8 inches.

Does anyone have any idea where I can find a sink to fit this opening? Please let me know. Any information would be helpful.

Thank you,
John

John,

Have you checked Home Depot or Lowes?

I'd start with www.faucets.com and see if you can match something up.  About  3 to 400 varieties.  Good Luck

Hi John:

Am I reading the dimensions correctly -- they seem to read that the current opening is smaller than the sink?

Lack of kitchen counter space has been a frustration to me in my 10 years of full time RVing. Have mixed emotions about replacing the double sink with a single bowl sink. If I did, I would still have to cover half of it to give me space to put the dishes I wash in the other half. Also, it is nice to wash and one side and rinse on the other -- or other separate chores at the same time. Am curious about your reasoning for a single bowl.

Anyway, here is a boat/RV sink page of a plumbing supply site that may give you a starting place to find what you need. I see several dimensions that seem close

We have a rear kitchen trailer and have a lot more work space than most trailers. Our trailer came with sink covers that match the artifical stone counter top. One cover actually bounced out and broke, I repaired it and put them in the basement. As a replacement I found a couple of cutting boards the right size, cut them to fit in the sink, now I have new covers to add work space and cutting space.

Thank you all for the responses. I did, in deed, check Home Depot and Lowes as well as a number of plumbing supply houses in the area...All with no success.

Bob, yes the dimensions you have are correct. The sink is an undermount sink, which is why the flange dimensions are larger then the actual opening. As for reasoning, we seem to have enough counter space, but the small sink bowls make it more difficult to wash the larger pots, pans, etc.

I will check into the links that have been provided thus far. Thank you again.

Kohler's entire product catalog is available online at Kohler Sinks and you can find one hat matches your desires. Home Depot or Lowes can order any Kohler model for you and get it ina few days.  You can also get them through many online kitchen/bath sales outfits too, but my experience with them is that delivery is slow  and the prices not much all that much better.
