Koni shocks warranty?

Has anyone had any experience with the warranty program,were you pleased with the service ? They will send new ones out and you return the old ones for credit . Koni test the old ones and they may or may not give you credit.

Just be aware that the warranty is for "defects in material or workmanship". Not "it didn't make my my 1973 dump truck ride like a Mercedes". Some (many?) expect the Koni brand name on a shock will work miracles...

I have Koni's on my 1971 BMW R75/5 motorcycle. They work well and never gave any problems, and these have a lifetime warranty. I think they are now around 40 years old.
