KVH R5 sat antenna

Can the KVH R5 antenna still be used to receive Directv or Dish satellite signals????

Dish made some transmission format changes in 2016 that left the KVH R5 unable to lock on to the 110 or 119 satellites as I recall. I don't think there was a mod available to fix it.
