Landing Gear Inoperative

Good Morning,

I have a 2014 Copper Canyon Sprinter fifth wheel. I went to get it today and the landing gear wont raise/lower. The shaft is turning all the way to each leg but wont raise/lower. I am at a loss. Shear pins? but, the shaft is turning all the way into each upright...

Got a trip planned in 2 weeks, please help....

It sounds like either two shear pins or for some reason the gears on the shaft are not engaging with the ones in the upright legs. Any chance that the shaft could move one direction or the other?
