Las Vegas/Clark County has begun the final phase of Project Neon which is the widening of I-15 at the "Spaghetti Bowl" where it intersects with US 95 and US 93. The road has been reduced to two Lanes and ramps have been changed resulting in very long delays, especially during commute times. Drivers are advised to avoid the area if at all possible. For example, if you're in Pahrump and want to go north don't both driving down into the valley to reach I-15; it's easer to take NV 160 north to US 95 and route from there. I feel sorry for the long distance truckers who need to meet schedules.... This phase of construction is supposed to last through November (fingers crossed).
