LCI Electric Leveling Glitch

Went to use auto level today and both front jacks would not extend all yhe way. They stayed 4 inches off the ground. Retracted and tried auto again, same thing. Rear were fine.
Used manual and they extended fine.
The site is level but not perfectly level. I have been using the auto levels several times before this without a problem. Any suggestions as to why this is happening? Thanks in advance. 2018 Jayco Alante 26x.

Did you try a reset?

"With 4 fingers, hold all 4 blinking arrows down at the same time, this is the reset of the system. With the touch pad off, press and release the “front” button five (5) times and then press and release the “rear” button five (5) times. “auto” light will illuminate and the “lci logo” light will flash when pump begins to."

Try spraying some wd40 white litho gease on the legs, mine act up occasionally then i spray them and they can move freely
