Leaving Full-Time RV Life After 10 Years

After 10 years of nomad life, we’re hanging up the keys. It’s been a great run and the help from folks on this forum has been invaluable. Meeting up with some of you was extra special and we hope to be able to do so again. (We’re settling in central Ohio.. let us know if nearby.. contact info in our profile)
Rosie (motorhome) is for sale on consignment, but we’re not done traveling and may well get another RV of some kind some day. After ten years as nomads, all we did is scratch the surface as far as seeing this country goes.. SO much remains unexplored.

Totally agree. For us, the destination is always secondary to getting there.

So sorry to see that you're giving up the keys to Rosie, especially as she has been your home for 10 years.
When we sold our fifth wheel and truck at the end of last year, it was like selling a part of the family (only harder) so we know it's not an easy decision.
We were blessed several times with your company, and would always miss seeing you when we stopped touring in the US, as we do all the wonderful people that befriended us.

Hopefully that will occur sooner than later. While our Pace is a lot smaller than Rosie, it's still approaching 55 feet with the toad and the DW refuses to drive it. RVing would be a lot easier (for me) if the DW would take over the reins. But finding a 30 foot gasser with the room of a 36+ that drives like a diesel is challenging. If you come across one of those, please let us know.
