Converted all the 12v lights in the RV to LED. We went with M4, a company that was highly recommended. Even at $10.99 per bulb we thought okay they will last for several 1000S of hour's well four years later at two trips a year the bulbs are starting to fail. Flickering, and going out all together gets real annoying. I know it is not my charger. I am pretty attuned to my batteries and the voltages because I do run solar. Boondocking when we RV has made us aware of our usage.
I did contact the company, they blamed it on my charger and offered me a one time 25% discount to buy replacements. Yes the warranty has expired. My point is why would I replace a defective product with a potential defective product especially at their cost.
Okay rant over

Before you start replacing things.......

Clean the connections to each fixture.

Me experience has been that LEDs themselves all have extremely long lives. However, not all LED bulbs have long lives. On those that do not. it is the internal wire connection that fail, not the LEDs themselves.

LED lighting is awesome, if you?re boondocking and they work as they should. Sadly, much like with most rv?s, quality control is not a strong point at the origin of manufacturer. Perhaps yours were put together at the end of a 23 hour shift!  :-\

A common mistake when selecting LEDs for use in a vehicle is not understanding that using 12V LEDs can result in premature failure and all sorts of other issues.  The DC voltage in a vehicle routinely varies from <10V to >14V.  LEDs rated for 12V will eventually suffer failure or other issues if subjected to these conditions daily.  I have LED strip lighting throughout my MH both in what had been fluorescent fixtures and under cabinets.  Not a single LED chip has failed in the >6 years that it has been installed and neither does any of it flicker.  All of the strips were purchased from SuperbrightLEDs.com and all were rated for 9-14.8V.
