Greetings!

We've been workamping since 2020.
We're looking for a good, honorable place to workcamp. Moderate to warm climate.
A site is all we require.

We are getting to the age and physical strength where we cannot handle the heavy labor many camps require.

We both have considerable experience in reservations, store clerking, and the like.
In addition, I have long-standing proven skills in graphics and visual design.

Any ideas out there?

One place i know that was struggling last few times we visited, was the Wildcat Guard Station near Torrey Utah.

I think maybe volunteer docent post but did have an rv spot and it's an amazing location.

For the most current information on volunteering as a docent or visiting the station in 2026, you should contact the Dixie National Forest (specifically the Fremont River Ranger District) through the USDA Forest Service website.

Most states have campground hosts in many state parks who mostly greet visitors and keep an eye on things. Liter walks and fire pit cleaning are also pretty common duties in them. If you go to the state website and look for parks and then volunteer positions. We have been campground hosts in 9 different states.
