Yesterday I posted concerning my recommendation for solar panels.

Today I'll share my recommendation for LiPo batteries.
Prior to purchasing batteries, I did a lot of research. The biggest problem facing someone looking to purchase LiPo batteries is there seems to be literally dozens of companies offering them, all claiming they're the best, etc.... And truth be told, a good number of the batteries on the market will do the job.
One of my top concerns is customer support. (That's definitely one of the major reasons I chose to use Rich Solar for the solar panels. Their customer and tech support is incredible.) After reaching out to a few of the manufacturers, I was very happy with the level of support from LiTime.
Total transparency: After seeing what was done with their batteries, LiTime requested I become an associate. So if you use this link to access their site, you will receive an 8% discount on your purchases, and I receive some credit as well.
(If you go to the LiTime web site directly, you can still receive an 8% discount by using the code BARON8 at checkout.)
There are eight 300ah LiPo batteries in the battery bank. The photo below shows all of them against the wall of the electric bay, but it's difficult to see the furthest 4 due to a reflection on the front of those batteries.
Also here are two videos showing Quest, our coach, and displaying the batteries installed configuration and usage.
If you have any questions, please feel free to post, and I'll do my best to answer.
Solar panel recommendation
