I posted this over in the newcomers section by accident. Will post the same information here:
Wife and I get our second home on Thursday. It's a 2007 Starcraft Aruba 248RKS. We are experienced tent campers (two Eagle Scout sons to show for it) and are looking forward to traveling now that the nest is empty. I am towing it with a 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 Crew Cab 4.7L V8. We plan on many weekend trips....maybe an extended trip to New England this summer, and our son's college has already given us permission to boondock in their large parking lot on our visits. I have been an intense lurker/reader over the past few weeks, and have gained abundant knowledge, but will be looking for more. Will be investing very soon in a good cover (looking at the Expedition covers). We pick it up from the dealer in Cincinnati Thursday morning, then I will be doing some practicing backing it up before placing it in our 9 1/2 ft wide driveway! This will make me want spring to come sooner! I am sure I will have questions, and will try to search before asking.
Will be practicing close to home (probably on base) before trekking further into the abyss!

Great job on raising 2 Eagle Scout, not an easy task in 2 days world. Wishing U and yours excellent times ahead in your continuing travels
