Lowrance iWay 500C software update

Lowrance recently released an update to the software for their iWay 500C via their web site. The new rev is 1.8.0. Here's the link to their web site. Just click on [bDownloads[/b]. update will install with the 500C connected to a USB port on your PC.

I use the Iway 500 c and am very happy with it, but I cannot get items like rest areas to show up.  I've discussed with Lowrance but they can't figure why I cannot get it to show up.  Anyone else have this problem? (yes, I've triple checked my settings)

Rest areas show up on our 500C. I haven't yet installed the software update. Which software rev are you using and, if you've upgraded, did the problem exist before and after the uograde?

Didn't have the problem before I updated to their most recent upgrade - not sure the version #, but only updated less than a month ago.  Some other "categories drawn" don't show up as well - it's not just the rest areas.  Any clues?
