Mandalay Dash Radio

My BIL recently purchased a 2006 Mandalay 40f.  He has no paperwork on the Dash Radio nor is there any name on the front of the Radio.  It is a 6 CD changer and am hoping someone can tell us what the Brand and Model Number is so we can look up the Manual for it.

What is the make and model of the radio in a 2006 Mandalay?

Judging by the 4 holes on either side of the unit, it uses the special Ford tools to remove it from the dash. Is it possible that it's a stock Ford radio?
