Manitoba Climate (cold) - Need to Replace Flooring for 5th wheel

We have to replace flooring in our 5th wheel trailer and do not know what type of flooring to use.  Vinyl plank or the vinyl sheet flooring.  We live in Manitoba which can get 30 below Celsius or lower for many continuous days throughout the winter months.  We do walk on the floor occasionally while traveling south in the winter.  That may be for 2 or 3 days before we get out of the freezing cold and into warmer weather.  Need Advise ! ! !
