Massive propane regulator recall

I received the recall notice from KZ. I called my dealer and requested a replacement be mailed because I can't justify the costs of disconnecting, boarding animals, and pulling my RV an hour away for a 15 minute fix for a $50 part (I was going to buy a new one and install it). Understandably, the dealer said they could not mail it to me. They asked me to try contacting KZ directly so I filled out their little form on their contact page and explained the same thing to them. I received an email this morning stating they WILL mail me a replacement regulator. I've got to include my mailing address and pics of the old regulator in my reply. Will update if something goes awry.

It has been 2 years since this post was started and they are still sending out notices?

I bought my RV in September of 2021 and I just received the notice in the mail a couple days ago.
