We recently bought a new king size latex hybrid mattress for our Sticks and Bricks house from Flexus Comfort mattresses, the web site is not as fancy as some companies, but the prices are a lot cheaper. Overall we are happy with the mattress, so have inquired about a custom size RV mattress, which they immediately said they could do, though it took a couple of days to get an exact quote, and they are only in full latex, not hybrid, as the spring units in the hybrids come premade in fixed sizes.

p.s. our Flexus Quadraflex mattress came in a fancy Nest brand Mattress box, with a label on the box explaining that it was really a Flexus Quadraflex, and that they had previously made mattresses for Nest, and were being eco friendly by using up their supply of boxes. Looking at the Nest web site their latex hybrid mattress uses some cheaper components than our Flexus Quadraflex (Dunlop vs Tayalay latex, comfort foam vs batted wool top layer, etc) and sells for about $500 more than we paid buying direct from Flexus.
