Are you saying you can pay only $250 per month until you get some debts paid off? I seriously doubt anyone will sell you what you want for that amount of money.
I can tell you from 12 years of experience full-timing that even with a fairly new motorhome, you need to have a substantial amount of money put aside for repairs. For example, a tire for my rig costs about $340 and I have 6 tires, and a tire for a Class A would cost about double that. An oil change is at least $200, and repairs or replacement of things like furnaces, air conditioners, water pumps, toilets, etc cost not only the price of the thing to be replaced, but RV mechanics charge from $125 - $175 per hour, plus at least a base service fee of $100+ just to come to your location. You would be amazed at how many things there are on these very complex vehicles that will need to be replaced or fixed fairly often. And a 2008 model is almost certainly going to have a lot of things wrong with it, since there are a lot of people looking for RVs that are in good mechanical condition.
Without a substantial (several thousand $$) savings account for repairs, or being able to do repairs yourself, you will end up getting stuck on the highway or without needed systems in a campground.
My rig is 12 years old, but this year I have spent about $8,000 so far on engine, brakes, and internal RV system repairs or replacements. However, I worked two jobs for 22 years before I started full-timing, and I also continued working half time for the first 9 years of my travels, so I was able to put aside a substantial amount for my travels, but it is still a lot of money for me to spend on service of my vehicle.
I strongly suggest that you find a cheaper way to live while you get your bills paid off, and then revisit how much you can afford to spend on an RV. I wish you good luck in your efforts.
